returns & cancellations policy

Cancellations:

  1.  When you have ordered and made payment for any item to Divine Reflection, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
  2. Should you wish to cancel your order, the following procedure and fees may apply.
  3. The customer must email the reason for cancellation to info@divinereflection.co.za
  4. A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you decide to cancel your order within 2 (two) weeks.
  5. A 20% cancellation fee will apply if you decide to cancel your order 3 (three) to 4 (four) weeks after the purchase and confirmation of your order.
  6. A 30% cancellation fee will apply if you decide to cancel your order later than 4 (four) weeks after purchase and confirmation of your order.

Change of order:

Orders can be changed to another product to the same value.  Should the value be more, the difference must be paid in.

Returning of Product:

If you are dissatisfied with Divine Reflection’s products would like to return the product, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Please email a written explanation to state the reason why you would like to return the goods. Email to: info@divinereflection.co.za
  2. ⁠We reserve the right to add a cancellation fee according to the cancellation guidelines stated in clause 1 of the “Returns and Cancellation Policy” which forms part of the “Terms and Conditions”
  3. ⁠Should the reason of return be a valid reason, a refund will only be made to you once the product/s have been returned to the premises of Divine Reflection after thorough inspection. Any damages to the products will be calculated and will be for the customer’s account.

The cost to have the goods returned to Divine Reflection will be for the customer’s expense. Divine Reflection will not be liable for any courier costs, or any other costs incurred by yourself, to have the goods returned to Divine Reflection.

On receipt of the product/s, the manager will inspect the product/s, all damages will be for the customer’s account.

By processing your payment to Divine Reflection, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding any returns of your purchases.
